Virtual Skills Groups for Children & Teens
Sometimes, the best growth happens when young people connect with others who truly understand their experiences. Unity Kids Behavioral Health offers virtual psychoeducational skills groups where children and teens can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and connect with peers in a structured, supportive environment.
Unlike individual therapy, these groups focus on teaching practical evidence-based skills through education, discussion, activities, and peer connection. Each group is led by a licensed pediatric psychologist and designed to help children develop essential skills for emotional well-being and social success.
Why Join a Skills Group?
Many children and teens feel alone in their struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, or social challenges. Children's groups offer:
-
A sense of belonging—knowing they’re not alone
-
A chance to practice social and emotional skills in real time
-
Encouragement from peers and professional guidance
-
A cost-effective way to access high-quality evidence-based support
