Group Therapy
Sometimes, the best growth happens when young people connect with others who truly understand their experiences. I’m excited to offer virtual therapy groups where kids and teens can come together to learn, build confidence, and support one another. As a licensed child psychologist, I guide each session in a structured and safe environment, helping participants develop essential skills for emotional well-being and social success.
Benefits of Group Therapy for Youth:
Many children and adolescents feel alone in their struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, or social challenges. Group therapy offers:

-
A sense of belonging—knowing they’re not alone
-
A chance to practice social and emotional skills in real time
-
Encouragement from peers and professional guidance
-
A cost-effective way to access high-quality evidence-based support

Glow Up: A Therapy Group for Girls Building Confidence & Connection

I host an eight-week Self-Esteem and Confidence-Building group for middle school girls. This group is ideal for girls who may be anxious or struggling with mood, fitting in, or self-esteem issues. Using CBT and DBT principles, group members will learn practical skills to boost confidence, manage tough emotions, and navigate friendships. Plus, they’ll have the chance to connect with peers in a safe and supportive space. Virtual groups are an accessible, convenient, and effective way for kids to build skills and find community—all from the comfort of their homes!
In the future, I plan to expand offerings to include groups tailored to different ages and challenges, so stay tuned for more opportunities to grow and connect.

I am licensed to offer virtual therapy across 40+ states, making mental health care accessible and convenient.
